Precision Stationery, & Office Furniture, was established in 1975. Then in year 2004, Precision was bought by Mr Eric D'Souza. Eric saw great need and opportunity for an One-Stop Office Solutions that will entertain everything from Office Supplies to Technology Supplies. Thus, Eric successfully transformed Precision to an One-Stop Office Solutions Provider.

Eric has over 25 years of Experience in running business with exceptional skills spanning from Sales and Marketing to Complete Business Administration. Eric started Computer Business in 1983, when he was in India. In those early days, Eric's company pioneered in introducing Computer Education in Schools. Eric came to New Zealand in 1999 and joined Fletcher as a Computer Technician. Then in 2004, Eric bought Precision Stationery and Office Furniture (now, Precision - Total Office Solution). Since 2004, Eric successfully transformed Precision into a One-Stop Office Solutions Provider. Eric has unique skills and expertise in Information and Computer Technologies (ICT) that has helped Precision capture customers seeking IT Services.

Keith has more than 20 years of experience in Operations Mangement. He has specialised skills in Operations and Trade Management that he gained while working for highly reputed multi-national companies. Keith came to New Zealand in 2002 and joined McDonalds as a Restaurant Manager. In 2006, Keith met Eric and started the Pizza franchise. Then later on, he decided to invest in Paper n' Pens. Presently, Keith is Director of Paper n' Pens Business in Kingsland. The Paper n' Pens has an alliance with Precision to serve customers in Office Supplies.
